Lifecycle Strategist

We're now ready to strengthen the security of our platform as we scale. To do this, we're looking for a Lifecycle Strategist to join the Growth team and lead the strategy for user communication, activation, retention, and reactivation across the entire user lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Design, implement, and optimize onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and winback journeys.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion from registration/KYC to the first transaction.
Develop personalized campaigns and automations based on behavior, country, product, funnel stage, and potential user value.
Drive the adoption of key features and products, working closely with Product, Brand, Data, and Growth teams.
Design and execute experiments on messaging, audiences, channels, timing, incentives, and journeys.
Analyze campaign and flow performance, generating actionable reports and recommendations for improvement.
Build segmentations and behavioral triggers to improve relevance, conversion, and recurrence.
Work cross-functionally with Performance, Product, Data, Design, Brand, CX, and Operations.
Document learnings and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement within Growth.
Identify opportunities to use AI and simple automations in lifecycle processes, reporting, QA, variant generation, documentation, and results analysis.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, Growth Marketing, Marketing Automation, or similar roles.
Experience designing onboarding, activation, retention, and winback journeys.
Proficiency with tools such as Braze, Customer.io, CleverTap, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience with channels such as push, email, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, or paid audiences.
Analytical skills to work with funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and behavioral metrics.
Experience in A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Product, Data, Brand, Performance, and Design teams.
Data-driven mindset, business acumen, and sensitivity to user experience.
Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
Bonus / Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, crypto, wallets, payments, or digital financial products.
Experience working in LATAM.
Knowledge of metrics such as MTU, TPV, KYC rate, First Transaction Rate, retention, churn, LTV, and CAC payback.
Basic/intermediate SQL skills.
Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Knowledge of event taxonomy, tracking, and data structures for lifecycle.
Experience using AI, automation, or no-code/low-code tools to accelerate marketing processes, analysis, documentation, or reporting.
