To support belo’s continued growth, we’re looking for an FP&A Specialist to help take our financial analysis and reporting to the next level.

This role will be key in driving visibility across the business, automating financial processes, building strategic models, and supporting decision-making alongside the CFO and finance teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reporting and analysis, ensuring visibility and consistency across key financial metrics.

• Design and automate financial reports to improve analysis quality and optimize delivery times.

• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Investments, and Treasury teams, acting as a bridge across different areas.

• Analyze pricing, margins, and profitability across business lines, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.

• Build and iterate financial models and forecasts to support planning and strategic decision-making.

• Prepare analyses and insights for the CFO and leadership team, providing context around business performance, deviations, and opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to scale and improve financial processes, metrics, and planning tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or similar roles.

• Experience working with financial reporting, financial modeling, and business analysis.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Experience using AI tools, automating processes, and improving financial workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Experience in fintech, startups, or high-growth tech companies is a big plus.

• Advanced English.
