To support operational and financial decision-making at scale, we’re looking for a Semi Senior Data Analyst to transform transactional, operational, and financial data into actionable insights. This role provides end-to-end visibility into money flows across the platform and acts as a key analytical partner to Finance, Operations, Fraud, and Data teams.
What You'll Do
Performance monitoring: define and track core product and business metrics. Identify anomalies, performance issues, and trends that impact user experience and overall business outcomes.
Partner & system performance analysis: build and maintain analytical frameworks to evaluate internal systems and external partners based on reliability, efficiency, and overall performance. Provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Impact analysis & decision support: develop analyses to understand the impact of product, process, or strategic decisions. Quantify outcomes, identify trade-offs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Dashboards and reporting: design, build, and maintain dashboards tailored to different stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into key metrics and actionable insights.
Advanced SQL modeling: write and optimize complex SQL queries over large-scale datasets. Build intermediate tables, views, and data pipelines that support analytical needs.
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to understand workflows, events, and processes, ensuring data reflects real-world behavior.
Data quality & governance: define and implement controls for key data sources. Identify discrepancies and ensure consistency, reliability, and integrity of core metrics.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
+3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery), including complex queries, performance optimization, and relational modeling on high-volume datasets.
Advanced experience with Tableau or similar BI tools, building dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills to present complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in fintech, payments, or crypto environments.
Familiarity with fraud analysis concepts, such as MEDs, chargebacks, anomaly detection, or rule-based scoring systems.
