As belo expands across LATAM, we’re looking for a OTC Trader & Treasury Analyst who can manage trading operations end-to-end, ensure healthy liquidity, and help scale our treasury setup.

What You'll Do

• Manage and price multiple currency pairs across both crypto and fiat.

• Oversee liquidity management and controlling across fiat and crypto balances.

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, exchanges, brokers, and OTC desks.

• Identify and drive improvements and automation across internal processes.

• Research, propose, and follow up on investment opportunities in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Legal, and Compliance to ensure operational efficiency.

• Manage trading risk, define metrics, and track positions using automation tools.

What We're Looking For

Must have

• Graduate or advanced student in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

• +2 years of experience in finance, trading, treasury, or similar roles.

• Strong ability to operate in startup or fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, flexible mindset and high standards for execution.

• High level of ownership, integrity, and drive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Mindset for scaling and optimizing internal processes.

• Intermediate/Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Knowledge of SQL, N8N, Python, or similar tools.

• Experience with OTC desks, or strong interest in learning.

• LATAM experience.

• Portuguese.
