To scale belo across LatAm, we’re building a single, multi-country growth engine. We’re looking for a Growth Coordinator (Performance & CRM) to own and operate our end-to-end growth system, from acquisition to retention, with a strong focus on efficiency, experimentation, and measurable impact
What You'll Do
Own the growth engine: coordinate Performance and CRM as one funnel, avoiding silos and aligning goals, budget, hypotheses, and measurement.
Budget & efficiency: plan and continuously reallocate investment by channel and country based on CAC, payback, activation, KYC rate, and cohort evidence.
Measurement & incrementality: implement growth metrics (cohorts, LTV/CAC, CAC payback), support incrementality testing, and help define a single source of truth for growth reporting with Data.
Experimentation system: build and manage a structured experimentation backlog across creatives, landings, onboarding, lifecycle flows, offers, timing, and segmentation.
Lifecycle architecture (CRM): design and operate always-on journeys for onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, churn prevention, and winback.
Creative x Performance loop: coordinate creative testing with Design and Brand to move fast without losing quality or consistency.
Team leadership & cross-functional execution: lead and coach the growth team across Performance and CRM, owning planning and execution, while working closely with Product and UX to remove funnel frictions.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
Experience driving growth across paid acquisition and lifecycle/CRM in fintech, e-commerce, or transactional apps.
Strong analytical skills: cohorts, unit economics, CAC payback, and LTV/CAC.
Hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end (hypothesis, setup, measurement, insights, decisions).
Practical knowledge of CRM channels (push, email, in-app), segmentation, and automations.
Experience managing growth teams and key stakeholders: Product, Data, Design, and Compliance.
Nice to Have
Experience working in multi-country (LatAm) environments and adapting strategies locally.
Exposure to incrementality measurement (geo tests, holdouts).
Familiarity with martech stacks, CDPs, MMPs, and event taxonomy.
Experience building referral, virality, or incentive loops.
Experience with Customer.io.
